(구인)[외국계OLED회사] Key Technical AM
[직무개요]
- The Key Technical Account Manager will be responsible for performing technical and material sales support as part of the integrated company team based in Asia. The Key Technical Account Manager will perform a key role in company’s interface with Korea-based OLED companies in both flat panel displays and lighting. This interface is critical to ensure positive business progress while these companies are utilizing company’s technology and that the technology satisfies their needs for AMOLED and OLED Lighting development.
•Engineering and technical sales communications with partner Companies and customer Companies.
•Understand technology roadmaps of customers and remain current. Communicate information to HQ.
•Remain current on company technology status and roadmap. Apply current results into customers’ application
•Communicate on a weekly written report basis to HQ team the action items and status with each customer
•Follow-up on each new material shipped to a customer and provide feedback to HQ on the customers’ data and comments.
•Establish regular technical working relationship with his/her accounts, set milestones and work with HQ to achieve these milestones.
•Perform application engineering projects on a case by case basis.
•Accompany customer engineering teams to COMPANY HQ labs for target programs.
•Keep current with the advances in the local academic and industrial research labs.
•Attend all local conferences and submit written reports
•Keep current with Korean Technical Journals and submit written reports
•Present technical papers at local conferences
- Display 제조사와 Partner사를 대상으로 기술적 협의 및 기술 전략, 기획 등을 통해 전사 기술적 사업 방향 수립/시행하는 역할이며 고객사와 파트너사와의 커뮤니케이션과 본사 기술 부서 및 기타 유관 부서와의 긴밀한 협의를 통해 당사의 핵심인 기술을 이끌어 가는 중추적인 역할을 수행
- 고객사의 기술적 needs를 파악하며 충족시켜주는 technical advisor 및 consultant, supporter의 역할을 수행하며 자사 기술의 흐름을 주도하는 역할 수행
[경력요건]
- PH.D 또는 석사 학위 선호 (재료, 물리, 분자 관련 분야 전공)
- OLED 또는 display 분야 연구 경험자 또는 인더스트리 경험 중 한 가지 필수
- 석사 때나 석사 이후 연구 경력이 OLED 인 경우에도 지원 가능.
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
- 고객지향적이며 적극적인 마인드 소유자
- 창의적이며 기술력을 주도하는 도전정신 소유자
- 대내외 원활한 커뮤니케이션과 조직적 협력이 원활한 자
- Proficient with data analysis software (MS Excel, Origin or other data analysis software)
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented with strong technical presentation skills. 수백 개의 특허를 보유한 외국계 OLED 기업에서 Self-motivated 하고 조직적, 체계적인 능력을 지니신 Key Technical Account 담당자를 찾고 있습니다. 미국 본사 HQ와 한국 고객사간의 기술적인 커뮤니케이션의 중추 역할을 하게 되십니다. Display 제조사와 Partner사를 대상으로 기술적 협의 및 기술 전략, 기획 등을 통해 전사 기술적 사업 방향 수립/시행하는 역할과본사 기술 부서 및 기타 유관 부서와의 긴밀한 기술적인 협의를 통해 당사의 핵심인 기술을 이끌어 가는 중추적인 역할을 수행하게 됩니다. OLED(스마트폰, TV, CAMERA, Solar energy 등)를 기술과 특허를 취급하는 국내외 유명 대기업과 직접 커뮤니케이션 할 수 있는 기회가 많은 포지션 입니다. Semiconductor, Silicon devices, Solar cell, Chemical engineer, Material, LCD, LED, 기술개발을 하셨던 분 중에 Creativity를 가지고 기술 consultant 역할을 하시길 희망하시는 분들에게 적합한 포지션입니다. 1년에 4번 미국 본사 출장과 지사 출장이 예정되어 있습니다.
